Their is nothing which I can like. No work life balance, You didn't receive your experience at time. It take 3 to 4 months. Politics in each and every level. To be Frank don't join in Gujarat.

Specialy for Gujarat, To work in JK Cement you just have to know that how u make happy your boss. Your performance and your hard work is not compared hear. If they think once that you are not the which they want, than they didn't see how good you are at your work..they just going to fire you. My biggest mistake of my life is join JK Cement.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent.
