While my time at JJIT had its positives, particularly the supportive team and friendly work environment, one significant downside was the salary. The compensation was below industry standards and didn't reflect the amount of work or responsibilities involved. It would be beneficial for the company to offer more competitive pay to retain and motivate talent.

Policy are not transparent they rules change as per person to person , If you are looking for job as devloper They are hire as a support assistant at interview time for 6 months but they not stick on same words... and they cannot given any apportunity for you as devloper. you want to struggle lot. there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address the issue.
