Jiva ayurveda teammates are very helpful and supportive.the company is provide a i card to enter in the office i like the such a great idea and also beautiful canteen on the roof.The company also privided your own pc to work and also gave the id to login and then start your work.And the company environment is very good and pleasant.

i liked their work area/floor the most,they have well decorated their work area.

Dislikes

their salary,workload and no incentive system.they pay very low amount with lots of term & conditions and they also stop salary if u leave the job or found absent.there is very limited off's.that was my wrost experience working with them.

a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
