I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The cause they are having issues good to treat people with ayurvedic medicines which even works on some of the incurable diseases with no side effects

Dislikes

Incentive structure, incentive is based on the salary not on sales target, even they have two sided seniors one side is Doctor and the other one is AM for operations so it could be sometimes difficult to reach on a single point while making big decisions, even TM is working under AM too so... Even there is certain fix criteria's so the appraisal could be really slow as they have a fixed vision
