As a profile like JCM you have to manage every vertical under you. Company is focused on multitasking and new project development.

Dislikes

Management only believe in VC. Daily 3-4 VC must be attend with minimum 1.5 hrs duration. No work life balance. Day started morning at 7.00 a.m and long working hours ends almost 9.30 p.m. at night.

Worrest HR in jio. I think I never seen like this kind of management. Top management are taking money from his subordinates,if anyone not given they will himulate the people. All this nonsense I saw in jio even HR also know this but they don't react on this.
