There are a lot of good and talented people to work with and a lot to learn from them. There is good culture in some of the teams.

Dislikes

Leadership people are arrogant and full of ego. You will not get visibility upward to the management. Most of the work are only directional and very less to do some critical thinking and apply your brains. It also depends upon which team you are in. Most of the teams have the culture that I mentioned above.

workload is too much, no such process. Everything comes at last moment. Management is good but they do things at last moment. Too much work and skills you develop but all need to be fast. No task system, it's complete Indian company

It's not all people but only few people who makes it worse and if those few are from Top Leadership team then It's gone. The slangs OMG and every time threatening of the job. Entire day there's Con call leaving you with no time to perform your task.

Dislikes

Con call from 7 am till 12 at night. No time left to perform your task after so many con calls. Threat from Top Leaders of taking away your job everyday. Slangs used by few Top Leaders to their subordinates.
