Work life balance, work culture is worst specially Kolkata circle, it is nightmare for youngsters who are progressive and growth minded. One should not join specially Kolkata circle if there is no other option left, State seniors Shubhendu Bhattacharjee never follows office work hours and expects others to extend work hours as per his suitability, worst leader I have ever seen in my 10yrs career. They will ruin your personal life and mental health. Even after all reports are available he will ask to in excel again and stress all team members. Never join for this position under his leadership, one will never grow and learn, he plays immense politics and will prevent your growth, and HR is just puppet to him, does nothing.
