Off rolls are out of good mediclaim insurance as if they will not have health challenges! Internal growth as of now is zero! Culture is not good! No reward and recognition program in regional level! Being telecom engineer I got the best company to work with. I got to learn deepest things about core telecom sector. Also work experience is always great here because of all the teammates and the project manager's friendly nature. One gets the utmost care and help doing the work. What else one needs in work environment.

My work is to deploy MW links that are core information transport media. So lot of travel is necessary daily within the provided region. But it becomes interesting as u gets to know how telecom sector actually works. Happy to work here.
