Company is not Bad....But I was working in Stae of Kashmir...where state Head has his own lobby ...He had come from Airtel and took entire people who were executive and made them Sr Managers...He enjoys his life with his chamchas and do ruine the life of people who are actually working to their best as he wants them out of his circle and do harras them day and night so that they are compelled to leave ...All JCM are bluddy chamchas...It is shocking that a ZSM ( Mohd Iqbal Bhat)appointed is just 10+2 and has submitted fraud certificates on instructions of state Head as he is from his close lobby...JCMs appointed were executive / Sr executives on Salary of 3 to 4 lacs submitted fake certificates and fake salry certificates and got 10 to 12 lac packages as they belongs to the lobby of state Head Shezan Hameed...All these JCMs and Zonal Managers do labour work for him in office as well as in his Home....No one feels safe in RJIO in Kashmir except Boot Lickers....Promoter man power is used for House holds and draw Salary form Comapny.....this is pathetic and totaly the ignorance of top management who do ignore these things at a larger extent....Read More

I had been working in RJio as ZSM and was not Yes Boss type employees blunt in saying what is right and what is wrong which took away my Job.
