Training and learning was very good.HR politics are v. Good. But as a assistant manager does not match the work with profile. They gives you all of work done by you.. Like.. distributor handeling.. Fos handeling..retailer managment at out side... Handset repairing.. outside sales.. with store managment..Sales.. Revenue.. Customers engagement.. promossion product etc And if you can't than investment and buy jio phone for terget. The team do very bad behavior and you can not get any gift which come from company.. like jacket.. Tshirt.. etc. Your upper level collect that for themselves. Don't Go Salary is very low.
