Reporting to non professtion leaders[L1]. Weekly 1day works to be done for others [S&D)KPI. Breaking all professional ethics. There is no self respect. Providing salary and getting debited by selling jio product to their own Employee 1st. You can always listion "Support Support" from cross functional team. S&D don't have efficiency always. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
