Job security could be one thing as the many departments are highly understaffed and your job is safe as long as you stay in office from 9 to 8 on working days and work from home 4-5 hours on Sundays. Company’s policies are good but any policy is as good as its implementation. Implementation lacks in almost all areas.

First and foremost, the hiring process is lengthy and confusing. You won’t be given any JD, HR has no clue about the profile and selection process may take 2-3 months or more to complete. You will not be informed about your role before hiring and there are 99% chances that you will end up doing something else than expected. The offer letter you will receive will have a big bold logo of Jio on top and your entire hiring process will give you an impression that you are being hired for Jio Infocomm but you will end up working for a subsidiary company called RPPMSL No work culture at all. Nothing is organised or systematic over here. Everything is chaotic and mismanaged. Some seniors don’t even have proper email etiquette. They write in such insulting tone and language, like they own the recipients . In any company with proper ethics and work culture, most of these people will face misbehaviour and harassment charges. If you are willing to join Reliance Jio or Reliance Projects & Property Management, then say goodbye to your personal life first. You will be promised 7.5 hrs flexible shift with 6 days working but the company is so heavily understaffed that you will end up working 10-11 hrs almost on all 7 days....Read More

10 dislike because lots of politics insides in jio. Company mein manager tak ki koi value nhi hai. Koi bhi kaam proper channel through hona chahiye. Jab government apne adhikariyon ka transfer karti rahti hai to kyu na har do saal mein jio puri team ka transfer karey. Ye hona chahiye. Hum hi kyu survive karein apne gharwalon se door rahkar. Jab boss politics karey to behtar hai yahi hona chahiye.

Central teams (Mumbai_HQ) and their culture & overall systems was very nice. I personally appreciate that.

Wrong management system by Mr. Satya Narayan Das (Area Head_Odisha) along with Mr. Bikash Biswal (JCM_ Bargarh JC). Employees resigned on every 2-3 months duration after joining process due to only above-mentioned peoples wrong management system and nepotism.

Dirty politics, favouratism, every people in higher management is saving their back by creating a toxic work culture- starting from Senior manager to DGM to State Head to Regional Head they know 1 thing very well how to save their jobs and for this they can do anything illegal whatever they want. They are using slangs to Enterprise Sales Managers and also forcing to resign. They are cheating with Central by doing fraud. Everyone in management (Sr. Manager, DGM, GM, State Head and The culprit Regional Head ) are nvolved in fraudulent activities to save their jobs.
