Comapny is good... getting salaryon time.

Dislikes

Company is good but management is worst. They want to achieve targets by making FAKE commitments...and uppar management is involve in fake commitments. They want, employees should Come at 8.30am and leave by 10.30pm.. That's is why I have resigned. .No personal life at all.

My job was to accquire building permissions and settle Letigations.... I loved my work and I enjoyed it ..but due to 14 hours daily duty, I was fed up and resigned

Need to switch Telecom domain to Cloud or Devops

Currently working for Reliance JIO with 10LPA include variable pay in the Telecom domain having 6 years of experience. I have no experience in coding and cloud domains except some theoretical knowledge. I feel stuck here cause of almost 0 career growth in telecom. Can I switch Devops or Cloud domain without working experience? if yes then how to start and approach the interviewer. Pls support 🙏
