- 'Lala' Work culture. It's still a Sir/Madam culture and your appraisal is dependent upon it - All the work is highly mismanaged. Good resources are being wasted here. - Good resources are overlooked for appraisals - The Senior Management is poor. All interdependent tasks within teams aren't confirmed with the other teams involved since the management is ignorant - More escalations than actual work. - Poor vendor management - No replacements are hired for critical positions when a person leaves.
