The agency is ruled by sexist men who are incompetent and very disrespectful towards most people. the business development head and the operations/CS head are those incompetent people who have no clue how their KRAs work. There is not one but so many, head of the organization is a arrogant selfish maglimeniac. With multiple personality issues, people work here can not survive if they are not yes man of bosses and thir fevrates. Very unsafe for female candidates specially if you are good- looking.

Everything! They hire people on contract and lay them off without any specific, logical reasons. The senior management is extremely sleazy, misogynistic and unreasonable. There are no systems in place. Everything in the organisation happens as per the boss' mood. They have no respect for their employees.

It was a great experience since I got to learn on multiple projects that were in different domains of marketing like digital reputation management, go-to market strategy, campaign planning and more

There were about 100-120 interns due to which individually not much attention or mentorship was done with the interns.
