1.Biasness among teachers 2.No appraisal seen for teachers 3.Growth of teachers is not given preference 4.Teachers are given to teach subjects which is not their background. 5. VP is not at all experienced one due to which many teachers had to suffer.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
