I'm really happy to be part of it. As a fresher when I joined after college as a DET, it's out of my mind whatever I have to do there or which job will hand over to me . But I was put on a project which was really great to me to learn. So it wasn't so easy whenever you join as a freshy. But I got my seniors like a guardian there. Preferably nothing like this . But you know poor communication is a big problem in a workplace.The issue starts when employees avoid speaking forthright to their employers for fear of retribution. And one thing I like to say that ' The lack of opportunity of growth '. An Employee works there where he find his satisfaction !! May be I wrong ..

Best thing about JSPL was freedom... You are allowed to do anything that help in plant operation or during project phase.... Jindal saab himself came to hostel 3 and chatted with us about our well being and it was not political he genuinely cared for us.. There's no overtime still I used to be in the plant after shift hours as I loved the people I loved the plant the management... In one of the meeting with HR i said I want to learn autocad as as-built dwg are required for record keeping. In 5 days 1 week training organised... I said during project that i wish to learn the scheduling software training arranged and delivered by HR...Everything was picture perfect. .I am talking about 2011-2015.. Be sure to clear out the variable part before joining. Lala companies like to steal a huge part of variable from the employees. Worst working culture and top management treat employees as their personal dogs. Dont respect the time of the employees. Moreover its a switch over organisation for max 2-3 years not more.

Nothing is here to be liked. Work pressure just ruined every one's life here. Manpower is very much less as per requirement. They see every possible way to deduct ones hard earned money. I will never recommend anyone to join this organisation.

Dust in township and plant both. TVP ,huge unwanted salary deduction. Micro management by owner directly. Huge fines.High working hours is culture.Abusive language is policy.Forced to work on weekly off day sometimes..
