Good for freshers to learn, as a Junior engineer trainee u can learn more technicalities softly because u don't have to do anything by ur hands but you have to manage manpower which are provided by contractor. But Major Cons. is Salary, Salary of diploma holders(20K) is 1/3 of B-tech. Holder(60-80K) and coming to promotion B.tech holder will be Assistant Manager after 1 year but a diploma holders will achieve it after 10 years(minimum)....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
