Good for freshers to learn, as a Junior engineer trainee u can learn more technicalities softly because u don't have to do anything by ur hands but you have to manage manpower which are provided by contractor.
But Major Cons. is Salary, Salary of diploma holders(20K) is 1/3 of B-tech. Holder(60-80K) and coming to promotion B.tech holder will be Assistant Manager after 1 year but a diploma holders will achieve it after 10 years(minimum)....Read More
