Definitely one of the best in steel industry. Company CXO level & top management have laid foundation for work life balance & professional cum personal growth of employees but still as all of us know in every indian company politics prevails over everything & hence hard working employees can't move up in organisational ladder according to performance & ability but we can't blame the owners or CXO level for the dilemma.Except the above said issue, company is too good in every aspect....Read More
