Job security is low, culture is good to work but we don't have job security

Dislikes

If we need a leave but have a work load then we need to work when office was off or on weekends

Work Details

If we don't have a work load we can leave office on time which is good for all employees

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on Salary earning

Dear Friends, I am currently working with a reputed Stainless steel company in India and associate with this company since the inception of my career in 2009.I completed my B.E.in 2009 and MBA in 2020 . My CCTC is 12.5 Lacs only which is too low as per industry average and I have not received any promotion in the last 6 years . I think long association with a single company is undervaluing yourself. Kindly guide How much salary should I ask for if I move to another relatable company and justification for this hike ?? Kindly assist ,Your insight are really helpful to me.
