Working culture like traditional lala type company. Not suitable for the person who moved here from MNC company. Not any opportunity for new skill development.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
