Nothing is good about this company as it doesn't promote employs in any ways
Dislikes
1. Work culture is horrifying as employees are scared about job security.
2. The boss of company abuses employs and misuses his powers.
3. All approvals and decisions are only taken by 1 person.
4. Though they taking all benefits from Maharashtra state on account of employability to locals, but they have an unwritten policy that they won't employ any Maharashtrians which results into unrest amongst locals who frequently disrupts company activities.
5. Their polluted leftovers is reaching adjoining fields which is resulting into loss of crops of poor farmers which company is not bothered about.
6. Yearly increment is almost zero for all employs.
7. No compliances of labour laws. Example is authorised leave to it's employs who are given just 8 days privilege leave in an year and 3 to 4 days CL.
8. No insurance cover for employs provided. Group insurance cover that is provided is funded by employs themselves.
