There is no job security whatsoever no increments nothing no work life balance no opportunities nothing and this has happened from Aug’21 prior to that company was a great place to work.

Dislikes

Almost everything, if you are liked by someone who has the power you will get increments special packages on quarterly or half yearly basis if you are not liked by the management then doesn’t matter how good or how hard you perform you will be stuck in your current position only.

The job does not have any satisfaction you are a chartered l accountant but you will be given production and planning role.

Very very slow growth rate in salary. Frequent change in hostel rooms. Frequent change of department. No timings of job(24 hrs on mobile) even on leave. Less number of staff cause less number of leaves

Good work culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is tranparent. Co. Policies are good appraisals are fair & they give good salary & bonus early.

The management does not address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of tow years before which you cannot resign.

Overall everything is good but some time I feel that this place is not for junior level. As it doesn't give credit to you for your good work.

I am happy to be a part of this organization. It is a good platform for new learners. The salary is paid intime regularly. Here I was given an opportunity to serve as a lecturer. The students are very affectionate.

Dislikes

Slow growth. Lacks Recognition of true workers. More focus on activities than academics. Low increments.
