The continuous layoffs and the manner in which HR has handled these situations have left many employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. This has greatly affected morale and trust within the company.

JAL is a "Dhabha" in the name of Corporate. How can one person is handling whole organisation as a hitler? Be carefull before join this company. Please do not think about JAL. This one person (employee) in senior management can call you anytime in his cabin and will say "see we are not satisfy with you performance and we have decided to separate each other" even within a month after your joining. They will ask you to submit your observation within a week of joining. How this is possible? In fact mangement is recruiting the qualified people to test their skill and educate their old emplyee i.e "better to say bonded labour" about the improvement points suggested by the new employee and after that fired the new employee. This one person is thinking himself a "perfect" and always trying to demoralise the new employees in the name of bad performance. Why this person is not thinking that if he is "perfect" and working since last more than 15 years then still there are so many problems in the organisation? I heared that there are lot of resources available and strong financial position in the organisation but because of unexperienced new generation promoter and "perfect" person, company is going into bad situation day by day. Not safe for female employee, nobody bother about female safety in company even not management. If you report any man misbehaviour, company is throw you our and giving you unwanted transfer, degrade your position, take your email id, , not giving you work unless you leave the company. My sincerly advise to all not to go for interview and join this company. Each emplyee has a fear in their mind whether the job will continue till end of the day. Every day coming time to office, there is fear about job security. Management is not mature. In evey 4~5 months, there is lay off. Management has a strong policy of hire & fire. They are least bothered about the person situation who joined Jindal from a stable & secure job. Management thinking is that they hired bonded labour by providing food and accomodation, in fact these facilities are window dressing about their company. Management & old emplyee's do not like new employees. Some time people talk that management has a policy for hire new employee just to test their knowledge/skill and take various ideas for improvement in their company and educate their old employee's and after 3~4 months fire the new emplyee.
