My sincerly advise to all not to go for interview and join this company. Each emplyee has a fear in their mind whether the job will continue till end of the day. Every day coming time to office, there is fear about job security. Management is not mature. In evey 4~5 months, there is lay off. Management has a strong policy of hire & fire. They are least bothered about the person situation who joined Jindal from a stable & secure job. Management thinking is that they hired bonded labour by providing food and accomodation, in fact these facilities are window dressing about their company. Management & old emplyee's do not like new employees. Some time people talk that management has a policy for hire new employee just to test their knowledge/skill and take various ideas for improvement in their company and educate their old employee's and after 3~4 months fire the new emplyee. There is nothing to like. I had worked in bhiwadi plant just 1.8 year stint. At last I had left this company.
1. Everything is worst in this company. Higher management is worst, evey year they sack employees without any reason. Senior management had done spying in junior levels as result supervisor/ driver capture your photos , send to senior. There is no policy about working. 2. Senior old employees had created monopoly, lobbying. Always they had mailed against you if you are not belong that lobbies. I had experienced in my terms to rusticated 2 nos DGM, 1 plant head with alligation of false thing. Many Sr.Eng/ Eng/ Dm were removed without intimation.They come in duty,security/hr come and says this is last day. On that day you have thrown out from gate. Many cases security beaten the employees as, per instructions of senior. This reason one ex employees of JAL currently employed in Hindalco said don't hire from Jindal Aluminum. Capable engineers are quit this company very early for this colonial/supervisory culture. 3.PF - this company provide 1800 basic pf amount. This pf is the trust based. This is the place of corruption. Many cases they haven't release your pf amount / full & final. 4. Even this company is spying your LinkedIn account. Totally rubbish culture. In this company policy you can't attend any vendor program/ function/ same field another company function. 5.This company is basically for medium/ low grade student who have owned good package. This company hired Nalwa's candidate, those are misfit to perform the job, they have oiled their relative, spying. VCMD Pragun jindal had not take any action against this kind of weather.Basically he is the puppet .Top management think that everyone is labour.Good for nothing. 6.I have recommend to join another company except this.
