Work culture is very poor atleast 10 years behind than any modern industries, old methods are being followed, backdated work culture. In 20th century they can't even provide wifi facilities for the bachelor employees who are staying inside the campus. When we asked, they said it is their policy. You will get 3 times meal there, but quality of food is getting worse day by day. Employees aren't treated equally. Discrimination is everywhere. In the name of cost cutting they can't even distribute at least a packet of sweets in diwali to the bachelor employees, Nothing. No policy changes or any developing approach, even if you are suggesting something they won't bother to look at. Dislikes

Timing is horrible they say 8 to 4 30 is the shift But they will not let you go if you have completed your work but also you have to logout at 7 pm it’s almost 12 hrs shift and 6 days working
