My sincerly advise to all not to go for interview and join this company. Each emplyee has a fear in their mind whether the job will continue till end of the day. Every day coming time to office, there is fear about job security. Management is not mature. In evey 4~5 months, there is lay off. Management has a strong policy of hire & fire. They are least bothered about the person situation who joined Jindal from a stable & secure job. Management thinking is that they hired bonded labour by providing food and accomodation, in fact these facilities are window dressing about their company. Management & old emplyee's do not like new employees. Some time people talk that management has a policy for hire new employee just to test their knowledge/skill and take various ideas for improvement in their company and educate their old employee's and after 3~4 months fire the new emplyee.
