I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The company culture is same like from the starting. We need to work more than 12hrs per day. We need to work on even Saturdays. The increment is very low. There are micro management, politics etc. There were a layoff this year which made many people jobless.
