The company culture is same like from the starting. We need to work more than 12hrs per day. We need to work on even Saturdays. The increment is very low. There are micro management, politics etc. There were a layoff this year which made many people jobless.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
