Good professionals are leaving the company. Reason - Not Management, but because of Managers. Management is busy with clients, unless and until managers take a stand, the resignation of good people will continue here. Despite a beautiful office, because of internal politics, it creates a negative environment. Some people have proximity to the director, then it leads chaos on the floor. Neither HR head nor Director come to office. But they force everyone to come to office, else salaries are deducted. Big chaos sometimes as some people here on the floor always meets, gossip including human resources people. Dnt want to write more points here as complains are endless. This company not ISO certified, and there is no work culture, encouragement, and self respect. Management treats very bad. They will take the benifit of your weakness. Like if they will know that you are less chance to getting job, they will put in hard work schedule and no increment. I had been 2.5 years over there. I forgot my personal life even weekend also. Even 4-5 time in months I worked upto night 4 o clock from morning 9. I got 1500 salary hike after 2 year. Very bad decesion I ever had....Read More
