Management does not address our issues. there is no any annual increments and career growth is poor, There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. They is also deduction some amount of salaries every month in the shape of bond money which one given after completed the bond time.

Its not a good company very bad culture no system of working . There is only Hippocratic culture . Companies whole office staff is very bad .
