Full partiality, state level officers are not good. Buttering culture only.

Dislikes

State level officers are like buttering and their decision also unfair. Judgment level is not good. I worked 5.5 years but didn't get promotion because of I'm goal oriented and don't like buttering. I focussed on my work but state level officers like buttering person.

I'm very happy to work in Jhpiego. I have more than three years working experience in Jhpiego. I'm feeling very secure. I'm feeling family environment in Jhpiego. Management and policy are very good and helpful for Jhpiego persons. Jhpiego is not a company, it's very nice Jhpiego family.

Dislikes

I don't like relocation and ending of programs. I want long life program. Program should not be ended. I also dislike job ending notice by Jhpiego to the workers after ending of program.

I'm working as a program officer at Udaipur Rajasthan. Feeling very happy to work in Jhpiego but have tension of job security because program is in ending phase. In past two yrs, I worked for intranatal and postnatal and currently I'm working for prenatal
