A terrible experience, amid the pandemic the first step taken was deductions in salaries up to 40% leading to laying off of staff to increase profits, taking away incentives even before the pandemic.

Dislikes

There is no vision, no job security, no skill development or training. Systems are completely thrown away at management's discretion.

Work Details

Took care of the Delhi business for its Agency vertical JetSetGrow handling accounts like CII, AutoExpo - Components, World Trade Centre, Ananta Aspen etc, I was to take care of the deliverables, P&L, operations and team management.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
