The company has a very strict work culture. So you basically learn to do things on time and develop your skills.

There's always this feeling of impending doom, as something bad is coming your way. This feeling is mainly because the proprietor has a bad temper and will yell at you even if it wasn't your mistake. So be ready to be insulted and yelled upon in front of your colleagues all the time. There's this feeling of negativity around as theemployees have made small groups amongst themselves and no matter what you do, you will never be a part. They are helpful and supportive during office hours but will speak ill of you when you are not around! Phones are strictly not allowed and if caught it might come down to immediate termination. You are not even allowed to give your office nos. And lastly, there are CCTVs installed everywhere and there are hardly any blindspots. So you have been watched and monitored continuously the entire day.
