Since the only office in India was in Navi Mumbai, at all other locations employees had to work from home. This allowed the employees to work flexible timings, although, it was expected to work from 9.30 am to 6 pm. Jergens makes capital products for the manufacturing industry so there wasn't much work pressure or pressure of sales targets. There was an international training where the engineer wete sent to the US for a 20 day training + meeting with company top management. On time Salary processing. On time reimbursements. Monday to Saturday workweek 😑 for Jergens India while US and China enjoy weekends off. The annual increments are way below market standards. No clearly defined growth path or metrics for career growth or promotions. Marketing and Sales techniques are rudimentary. Sales incentives are unattractive. No Employee Group Medical Insurance.
