Pl don't inform to join other people back they crush their life and people get anxiety it's not my review its all it's one of the worse company don't suggest there for work. 2 people had claim in labour court on jenome for salary and expenses

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
