Dislikes

There are many things which are bad here 1. Seniors decides which floor needs to be done by junior and how many patients needs to check- which she does very badly 2. Salary is very less, it's like giving pennys and no increment they just give 800rs in the name of appricial, no matter how hard you work 3. Timings they expect to come early and go late, even you have to stay till hod goes and that too in just 15k- work of 10+ hours 4. And hod expects everything to be done on time, and she expects to finish our lunch in 5 mins or else she will say oh done with your picnic 5.and there is Unecessary work like you have to go and check old patients files everyday whether the documentation is there or not - it takes too much time and senior never goes to do this 6. Department is very small and they just have 3 PC and 1 is always occupied by senior she never leaves that pc evn though she is having her food and she always gives her work to some junior and sits with hod to chat And she is a gossiper she tells each and everything little with to hod, like you wore new dress or you were talking to someone Overall senior spoils the departmental environment 7.
