Working environment will be good. Management will be very supportive to build our inter world and are always ready to welcome new innovative thoughts/ideas from all the employees. Quick response from respective superiors in case of needy times. In overall, it is very good platform for freshers to improve themselves from all the corners.

Dislikes

All the policies were good but it would be great if the leave policy is updated little bit. It would be good, if they start upgrading the programming tools to current trending one and start automation testing instead of manual testing which helps in growth of company and employees growth as well.

I had a great experience within these days of my journey with JRA with lots of fun, memories. Infact, I have started my career in JRA and I am pretty much sure that I have learned a lot of technical, on technical things which helps us in real life too.

Responsible for testing the web links generated by programmers using client specifications and requirements. Analyze the requirements and prepare the testing plan & launching. Explore new technologies and design new standards which attracts the clients.
