I worked with Jeeves for about close to an year, so I had got quite attached to the company, to my colleagues and to the office. But all of a sudden in the middle of a month I was asked to to submit my resignation by the end of that very month. That felt like a rude shock. I had to accept the fact, I had to look for other jobs, I had to move on and I had to to do all of those at the same time. So the only thing that I would say I dislike about Jeeves is the job security. This is the only area where they deserve a demerit point. Work Details

Initially, I used to take inbound calls for team F1 for close to five months. Then I moved to team CMP where I used to make outbound calls. And lastly, I used to do mailings for or extended warranty and customer feedback for about a month.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work Details

Company is providing complete freedom of job, But the understanding of the process in between the the team members are very different. That is it will take much communication to finish up the calls alternatively handled by the other members
