Means if you are late by 1 hr then there is no need to apply for half day leave. You can apply for short leave (0.25hrs). You will be in position to balance your life with your work here. Highly Unsecured Job. In 7 Years i saw 3 layoffs. What kind of management they do we don't get it. Company shows symptoms to close the business vertical. Unethical Practices by HR. Higher level people are highly not suitable for role. They will sink the company.
