There's no growth for employees. While they're treating there employees very badly no compensation at all for severely injured employees. Poor management system. Company culture was also bad and the working atmosphere was worst. So many overtime payment delay system or sometimes it is not even paid. Other departments interference. Many times your attendance shortened without even you knowing or whether you've worked throughout the month continuously. Very worst working experience I would say....Read More

Freedom to work & perform tasks. Also great management

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Well it may be due to current slow down in auto sector.Hope condition will be better in future.

Work Details

Working on system implementation & auditing system &close gaps observed . Incoming,inspection ,inprocess weld/press shop ,PDi.Customer coordinator.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
