There's no growth for employees. While they're treating there employees very badly no compensation at all for severely injured employees. Poor management system. Company culture was also bad and the working atmosphere was worst. So many overtime payment delay system or sometimes it is not even paid. Other departments interference. Many times your attendance shortened without even you knowing or whether you've worked throughout the month continuously. Very worst working experience I would say.

...nce 2. No holiday approved by seniors 3. No relevant work allocated to you. 4. Salary is less compared to market 5. Work pressure is huge 6. No proper guidance given by anyone 7. No SAP access. 8. No training provided for skill development 9. Comapny culture is like suppliers 10. Overall no job satisfaction

No Transportation, Less Insurance policy and Over staying of 80% staff, 3 Month notice period must, Retention Bonus is not murging with Salary, Promotions not on Time, Management expecting Much without any resources, No Transport Facility so employee used to come with their Vehicle and Highway Risk,

JBM has Job Security

Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.

Nothing..you will be use by company and nothing else.salary standard is very low they pay very less,increment is too low,no salary revision,they keep low manpower,getting leave is difficult.
