Very bad work culture for people coming from good OEMs. If you have worked in lala companies previously then it's ok for you. The ceo of company don't have any good skillset he will just torture people & others tooo. No increment,worst HR specially shubhra sahay she doesn't have manners how to talk to employees. JBM will take 5 to 10 yrs to settle as OEM.

Dislikes

Working culture are very poor. Unsafe environment to work on shop floor due to many types of pollution. Company policy for employee benefits are not available. This is my worst experience as compared with other OEM companies
