Jbcn International school shows as if they care for their employees but most of the time the school thinks of themselves.School is growing but no good appraisal. There is lot of favouritism between the smt s they have their own set of people who they consistently wait to give pat on the back and others they dont care at all. Not at all a great place to work

Apprraisals have not been upto the mark every year. Also I find that the school changes its policies and no clarity on the same. Team spirit is good but very competitive and thus hampers growth.

No job security ..they can remove you anyday anytime without giving you prior notice..they keep hiring new teachers only to save increments and after a year or so they will remove these new teachers too..good experienced teachers have been removed from school for no reason..please do not apply in this anyway they don't offer you a good pay scale.
