Jbcn International school shows as if they care for their employees but most of the time the school thinks of themselves.School is growing but no good appraisal. There is lot of favouritism between the smt s they have their own set of people who they consistently wait to give pat on the back and others they dont care at all. Not at all a great place to work

Its extremly great place to work. I have enjoyed every moment spent here. The management, senior management team and entire staff is extrey supportive.

Disrespect and disregard for teachers by the vice principal and pyp coordinators. Presumptuous behaviour was experienced by most teachers, mostly the ones good at work. Blabbermouths are appreciated!

The management of this school stood with us during the most trying times. Even during the pandemic when employees experienced pay-cuts and were being released, JBCN cared. They did not deduct our salaries and supported the teaching staff by providing all the necessary help needed to smoothly venture into online teaching. I just wish there were more subject specific PDs conducted to help us further update our concepts.

Work Details

At JBCN, I have learned a lot about the PYP curriculum. Our line managers are approachable and encourage asking questions. The timings are perfect and colleagues are friendly! I am satisfied with my pay although I wouldn’t say no to more!
