You come to senses after a few months of joining Jaypee Brothers, since at beginning it seems rosy and promising. But after spending some time you realise that you are working with incompetent and high on ego Sr management. It’s not allowed to give ideas, if you give one it’s immediately trashed but after sometime maybe a month or so it’s executed with Sr management talking credit infront of owners and their peers. If you give feedback you will be considered Jehadi and will be immediately penalised with death sentence. There are a few bunch of incompetent losers who are with the company since ages and will feed all kind of nonsense to senior management to which senior management is all ears. If you have a high intention of adding value to yourself and the organisation and want to grow with the organisation then this is not a place for you . They don’t want to listen and come out of the orthodox way of thinking and doing work. Additionally they are utterly disrespectful to their subordinates. Most funny thing is that excluding owners every senior leadership member consider the other functional head as fool and incompetent inspite of working under same roof with them for over a decade, and to top it they constantly talk rubbish about their peers to their down line. Another thing is they won’t let you speak to other departments and would want to do that conversation themselves since they are themselves jobless and want to get that attention. When you are not being heard, not being enabled to work, not being empowered to take smallest of decision and treated like door mat then be wise do yourself a favour and apply for another job. One last thing when they will make you travel, you stay in oyo room and if it is a travel for a conf or exhibition then the expectation is to share oyo room with other 2 colleagues....Read More

Everything, especially cockroaches everywhere in office, from bathroom to office desks, drawers, pen stands and every where possible inside office premises. No meeting rooms, no cafeteria (you are strictly expected to eat food btw 1 to 1:30 at your desk), common washroom for male and female employees, extremely claustrophobic seating, No AC’s after 5 pm, no cross ventilation, no tea or coffee, it’s not allowed to eat non veg inside office premises (I am a vegetarian but have written this to tell you about the orthodox thought process, read btw the lines if you are from other religion), there is a water dispenser though cockroaches even run on the nozzle from where the water comes out, no parking, 2 months non negotiable notice period, they are happy to relive you early if you pay them. Inexperienced Sr management with extremely myopic way of thinking and is there for years and will never leave since they are incompetent. There is hardly a growth plan for competitive people.
