its been good experience on working with company , We testing BS VI Engines in CNG, Bi-Fuel Vehicles, Gasoline, Diesel Fuel vehicles .

Dislikes

I think some few things only to consider, FOOD, Travel only the issue is in the Company

Work Details

We testing Advanced BS - VI, CNG, BI-Fuel engines, also good opportunity about to learn more things about that

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
