During my tenure i have gained valuable exposure in the field of Hydraulic Tubes, Gasket, jointing sheet, hoses & rubber components. I am also involved deeply in the costing and the commercialization of the above mentioned products being supplied to the end customers like Escorts, Eicher, Maruti, Hero Honda, Yamaha, CNH and many others. Compensation & the job satisfaction is very low. The working pressure is very high. Manager do not value the individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do not receive any appreciation from the management side. Company do not provide proper on job training for their employees.
