Jayaswal Neco provides many chances to enhance skill, knowledge. There are organizing many event in frequent time, which makes friendly culture and society. We feel that here are good team, a good HR Group, best mentors for to develop perfect engineer & managers etc.

Dislikes

We seen there are very occasionally and few times for lacking of Teamwork Groups activities etc. we are still forming a good TNI, Skill matrix & PMS related to Training for Betterment and improvement of Manpower skill knowledge and effectiveness. Career growth matter, it is some poor to make good policies.

Nothing to like about Jayaswal Neco Industries butibori. It seems like worker -staff, line worker, supervisor treated as same level I. E. Like worker only. No seating place for engineers, Canteen is like tapri. Too much dust in inside company area. Facility 0. Even Manager work as Like worker instead as supervisor. No seating placefor lunch.
