It provides great opportunities for the GET who have joined directly after college. As they get to learn all the departments and their functions. They also get to know the different businesses of Jayashree Textiles. Meetings with the top management and learning from them the new ideas about how challenges are faced and how they can he make his career in a better direction.

Jayashree Textile should give a little bit more advantages to the one who are working in different cities for the company. They can not get all the facilities that the one who are working within the company premises are getting. Their work life balance are sometimes out of the box and they can not handle.
